Car wasn't repaired. Overheated after you brought it back from Pacific. If it's any small consolation, their e-mail appointment service blows. I've used it three times now. First time, no response. I called and they said there was no record. Second time, I got a message in my e-mail stating that my message didn't go through. Tried three times to see if it would work. Switching browsers, etc. Next day I got three phone calls confirming my appointment. So, even though it "errored" out, I guess it was going through. This last appointment, I got the error message. I didn't try anymore, figuring I would get a phone call. No phone call.... Sigh.
