I think it's terrible that a large communications company has one of the worst web sites out there.

I've found out with Flickr that if you get sent to a blank page after a Pro purchase, do NOT believe them when they say the purchase has not been made when you check your account status. It's no big deal if I end up paying for two years instead of one, but it's the principle of the thing, of course.

You'd think they'd have this stuff worked out better by now.
