I wrote back on February 27th about the kitchen sink being clogged along with the washing machine. Well, it's still clogged. Mike went down to Home Depot and bought a pipe snake. He went up on the roof and ran it down the vent pipe. However, that didn't take care of it. It went in far enough to reach the blockage, but may have push through it, instead of pushing it out into the main pipe. So, he may have to go back to the Home Depot and rent a better one that will acutally cut through the blockage. That little beastie retails around $200.00, instead of the $20 he paid for the first one. So, it's obviously cheaper to rent. It's $20.00 for four hours. I dread doing this, but I may get a couple a wash basins that we use to wash dishes while we are camping. One for washing, one for rinsing and set them up in the bath tub along with the drying rack and do the dishes there. (Either that, or buy paper plates, like Teresa suggested!)
