Easter 2007

I used to make a bunny cake every Easter years ago. Since I started working, it's been a little harder to find the time. Amanda used to go to work on Sunday, and I would go with her to help her so she could leave earlier. Kelly is giving Amanda Easter off now, so I had all day today to cook and clean. So, I made the bunny cake. It's real easy. You make two round cake layers. One layer is the face, and you cut the ears and bow tie out of the other layer with two cuts. You can decorate it anyway you want. I sometimes use colored frosting to make the face, dry spaghetti for whiskers and pink coconut to make the inside of the ears pink. But, since I couldn't find any of those things, I just used plain M&M's to make the facial features. I hope everyone had a nice Easter.
