Looks like I may be out about $100. Put in an order for a Hunter Ceiling Fan from Fanworksoutlet.com. I was sent an invoice and told that the fan would ship on 10/30/2008. The 30th passed and I didn't get a tracking number. I sent them an e-mail, via their site, and they replied and told me that there was a delay with the Hunter fans being sent to their store. They said that the fans would be shipped to their store on 12/05/2008 and then they would send it out to me as soon as the received it. 12/05 passes..... I sent them another e-mail and was told it wouldn't ship until mid-January. January passes and I write to them in February. No response. I try to go to their website and it won't load. I put their name into Google and get a ton of hits with similar complaints. Like me, people's credit cards were dinged immediately. Like me, they were told that their shipments would be delayed. Like me, they never receive what they ordered. It may be too late for me to complain to the credit card company. I will report them to the BBB and send of a complaint letter to the Arizona Attorney General. Fanworksoutlet.com is based out of Lake Havasu Arizona.

This is the first time I've ever had to do that with the CC company since we've been with them for over 20 years. I hope it goes in my favor.
