BBQ Chicken





Ingredients:
  • 12 chicken thighs (half for leftovers)
  • Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce

  • 3 tbls butter
  • 1 box Rice-a-Roni Spanish Rice
  • 1 can Hunts no-salt added petite diced tomato
  • 1 1/2 cups water
Directions:
  • butter in hot 10" skillet
  • add rice/pasta, heat for 3 minutes
  • add tomato, water, pack of spice from Rice-a-Roni
  • bring to boil, cover, down and simmer for 20 minutes/li>
  • fire up the BBQ
  • cook chicken for 15 minutes, flip regularly to not burn
  • add BBQ sauce, flip, more sauce, remove to bowl
  • done serve with a beer
