Ingredients:
- 12 chicken thighs (half for leftovers)
- Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce
- 3 tbls butter
- 1 box Rice-a-Roni Spanish Rice
- 1 can Hunts no-salt added petite diced tomato
- 1 1/2 cups water

Directions:
- butter in hot 10" skillet
- add rice/pasta, heat for 3 minutes
- add tomato, water, pack of spice from Rice-a-Roni
- bring to boil, cover, down and simmer for 20 minutes/li>
- fire up the BBQ
- cook chicken for 15 minutes, flip regularly to not burn
- add BBQ sauce, flip, more sauce, remove to bowl
- done serve with a beer
