Ingredients:
- Russet Potatoes, frenched
- Hormel Chili, no beans
- Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
- french the potatoes, into hot water for an hour
- drain, dry, dump into hot oil until brown
- chili into a glass bowl, microwave for 5 minutes
- potatoes on plate, add chili on top
- shred cheddar cheese on top
- DONE, serve
