- 22 oz frenched potatoes
- 2 oz olive oil
- 5 bratwurst suasages
- sauce: 1 cup tomato ketchup
- 1 tbs curry powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbs wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tps garlic powder

Directions:
- deep fry the potatoes
- fry the sausages totally cooked/brown
- slice cooked sausages
- sauce ingredients in skillet, cook 6 minutes
- potatoed on plate
- sausage over the potatoes
- sauce over the sausage
- Done
