Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup jasmine rice
- 1 tbls butter
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 15 oz ground beef
- 1 mediun red onion, thin sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium zucchini sliced/quarted
- l large red bell pepper, diced
- 4 oz snow (or snap) peas
- l cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbls soy sauce
- 1 tbls sesane oil
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
- cook the rice
- hot oil in wok, add beef, cook to brown
- add onion/garlic, cook 2 minutes
- add vegetables, cook 4 minutes
- add tomatoes, cook 2 minutes
- add seasonings, cook 1 minute
- done. serve in plate on a bed of rice
