Ingredients:
- 4 oz butter
- 4 oz onion, small chop
- 3 oz carrot, small slice
- 3 oz celery, small chop
- 1/3 cup AP flour
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz ham, small chop
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- water as needed to thin filling

Directions:
- butter in 9" skillet, hot
- add onion, carrot, celery until onions translucent
- add flour, stir, 2 minutes
- add broth, stir until filling is thick
- add ham, cream, seasonings, simmer for 10 minutes
- (while simmering, add water to keep the filing not to thick)
- add peas, stir, let it cool
- (can refrigerate for an hour or so)
