Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups red wine
- 1 shallot, minced (or red/sweet onion)
- 1 tbl brown sugar
- 3 tbl butter
- 15 oz ground beef
- 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp 4S salt
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 3 Brioche hamburger buns
- 2 fat slices sweet onion
- 3 fat slices beefsteak tomato
- some red leaf lettuce
- some yellow mustard, ketchup, mayo

Directions:
- saute shallot/onion in 1 tbl butter, 2 minutes
- add wine, simmer for 20-30 minutes to reduce in half
- add sugar, 2 tbl butter, mix, set to side
- mix beef, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, and half of the above wine sauce
- divide to 3 balls, make into patties.
- patties onto the BBQ, cook 3 minutes, add wine sauce while cooking
- flip, cook 2 minutes, last of the wine sauce on top
- add cheese, cook 1 minute, back to the kitchen
- plate, lower hald of bun, patty on top, tomato onion lettuce, as wamted
- add mayo ketchup mustard, as wamted
- serve with fries or corn on the cob
- DONE serve with a beer
