Ingredients:
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 13 oz kielbasa
- 1 tbls butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- large zucchini, slice/quarter
- can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tsp sweet paprika

Directions:
- oil, hot skillet
- add kielbasa, 5 minutes
- to plate to side
- 1 tbls butter in skillet
- add vegetables, 5 minutes
- add kielbasa and broth
- simmer 15 minutes
- add seasonings, simmer 5 minutes
- serve in bowls (parsley for garish)
