Ingredients:
- 15 oz 12% fat ground beef
- dash Pemzeys 4S seasoned salt
- dash black pepper
- 3 tbls butter
- 1 large onion, thin sliced
- 3 tbls butter, melted
- 3 slices sourdough bread
- 3 slices Swiss Cheese
- Thousand Island Dressing
- Frenched Russet Potatoes

Directions:
- butter in hot skillet
- add onion, saute to nicely brown
- divide beef to 3 patties, mostly square
- dust with salt/pepper
- grill on the BBQ, 3 minutes
- flip, cook 2 minutes, add cheese, 1 minutes more
- slice bread in half, add dressing
- add patty on top, add onion on top, other slice on top
- paint with butter, grill on hot skillet
- butter on top, flip to toasted
- patty melt on dish, fries on the side
- DONE
