A very nice benefit of this job. I've been losing weight. I've also been gaining muscle. I weighed myself today and noticed I had dropped about 8 pounds. This is after the usual "10 pound water weight" drop that most people usually lose when they start out on a diet or exercise program. I've also noticed that I am getting stronger. And, I am developing muscles in my arms. It may also have a lot to do with all the sweating I have been doing lately. I have been drinking so much water lately with the heat. But, I really like working around the dogs and puppies. They all have their own distinct personalities. And, I have a few personal favorites. I try not to get too attached to the puppies. They will eventually be found good homes and will go away. But, I still give them as much love and attention that I can. The dogs and puppies here have really good temperments.
