Things may be looking a little funny for awhile. Our server on JaguarPC went down last night. They sent us an e-mail stating that some files had become corrupted on the server and could not be salvaged. Long story short, we're back up. However, they were only able to restore us to their last back-up. Which was October 3rd. Great! Which means my pictures of the spider is gone. So is my entry about the Superman balloon. Also the pink background is gone. I can restore that easily. However, right now, if you look on the side, you will see some new categories. Unfortunately, it seems that project66bug.com got added to my blog. It's entirely my fault.
About a week ago, Mike and I were unable to log into Moveable type on our server. He had to add us back in. This worried me as I hadn't backed up my blog in awhile. As soon as I could get in, I backed up my blog. This turned out to be very fortunate.
This morning, with the site back up, I decided to import the saved entries back in my blog. Since I haven't done this in quite awhile, I had forgot everything I was supposed to do. So, when I clicked on Import, I watched helplessly as entries from Project 66 Bug started loading into my blog. This is the blog we set aside to show our progress on the restoration of our 1966 bug.
It was only then that I realized that I better read the instructions. I found out that there is an import folder in the MT folder. (How could I forget this? I created it myself). And sitting inside it was the backed up files for Project 66 Bug. I saved those onto my computer and then deleted the folder. I then pasted my saved MT Valkyre files into there. And then imported those in the blog. And then I did a rebuild. Duh! The 66 bug files had been added. Crap! I will get this straightened out. I am going to do it later though. I need to get to work and I already have a headache with what's been going on this morning.
Oh no!!!! Now I see that I have double entries! Shit! I may have to just delete this blog and start over again. Crap!
