Didn't go on the Nordic Track today. Again, I was busting up concrete with the sledge hammer in the backyard. Again, sweated so much that I couldn't see out of the safety goggles. Calories burned!? A lot!

Hot and muggy. I worked up a sweat. When I hit the "230's", I won't celebrate until I am safely in the mid-30's, since my weight fluctuates.

Oddly enough, my weight has been going up and down. However, I am starting to feel better. My pants are looser. And, I'm not getting exhausted by doing simple things like taking the trash cans out to the curb. I may be redistributing the weight. And gaining muscle.

I was sweating enough that the safety goggles, I was wearing, kept fogging up. At this rate, I am going to have rippling biceps!
