Rushmore

I've decided to make every Sunday a movie watching day. One reason being, that this is my only day off. Also because, I keep adding movies to my rental queue over on Netflix, but haven't really taken the time to watch them. Sometimes, I will have a movie for weeks before I get around to watch it. Anyway, I just watched this one today. And really enjoyed it. It's a film that was made back in 1999. I remember it getting great reviews. It is made by the same people who did Bottle Rocket and The Royal Tennenbaums. So, you know it will be a quirky movie. Jason Schwartzman stars as Max Fischer, a 15 year old student at the prestigious Rushmore Academy. He, and Bill Murray's character, fall in love with the same woman. But, it isn't a corny love story.
