We've added a new member to the family. This is Cory. He is a Toy Fox Terrier. They had been trying to adopt him out, out at the kennel. He is actually a little large for a Toy Fox. But, no one seemed to want him, one reason being because he wasn't house trained. Which is no big deal to me. Toy Fox Terriers are rather intelligent and he will be easy to house train. He is two years old and very, very affectionate. Pepper has seemed to take to him. As long as he understands that she is "top dog". Since I'm working now, she is home alone during the day for several hours and it is nice for her to have some company.
Posted by Valkyre at September 16, 2003 09:30 PMI LOVE THIS DOGGIE! I have a special place in my heart for terriers...like my terrier Moxie!!! If my dog wasn't such a bitch, no pun intended, I'd get another dog. Also my poor arthritic cat deserves some peace in her old age. If it weren't for my kitty I'd probably have a whole lot of terriers. :)
Posted by: Sharon at September 19, 2003 03:03 PMI love terriers too. Another really smart terrier breed is the Jack Russell Terrier. They have one at where I work. He is so smart! A Jack Russell Terrier is what Eddie is from Frasier and Milo from the movie, The Mask with Jim Carrey.
