Heh! I spent this morning pruning the rose bushes. I cut off all the dead growth and cut back any wooden stems. They're not much to look at after all that, but it needs to be done. They were overgrown and ragged looking. I meant to take before and after pictures, but I started pruning and was halfway done before I realized I hadn't taken any before pictures. But, I'm sure that I will be taking plenty of pictures of beautiful healthy roses next spring.
