Time on machine: 10 minutes

Calories burned: 77.0

No weight today. Forgot to weigh myself, as soon as I woke up. I would like to be consistent. Tried the Power Ramp setting on the Nordic Track. Again, I set the resistance down when the machine wanted it increased. I am still working towards a steady 10 minutes.
